Japanese Fashion is on top: Exhibition by the School of the Art Institute of Chicago

People is currently having lots of interest in Japanese fashion. For example: Gwen Stephanie with her interest in Harajuku style and Prada for its foot glove.

Presented by the School of the Art Institute’s Fashion Resource Center (FRC), Chicago and the Department of Asian Art, the exhibiton of Japanese fashion was held at museum’s dramatic Ando Gallery.

The exhibition showed us the most influential Japanese fashion, starting from 1980s through 2000s. Some best clothes were presented from the best Japanese designer, such as Rei Kawakubo and Issey Miyake.

The exhibiton has already started on November 3, 2012 and will end on April 7, 2013.
